Republishing Your Work
Almost every site will demand 'Original Work'. A few will allow you to 'Republish' , often paying you much less than for 'Original' work. When you are dealing in fractions of 1c getting less isn't worth the keystroke to post it. Getting around the 'Original' demand is not much of a problem.
Nothing New Under the Sun
The title of this section was written by Solomon a few thousand years ago. Although we can debate it, sitting at our notebook computers, when it comes to writing an article, outside of absolute fiction, someone else has probably written something very much like this article somewhere / somewhen else.
What makes this article unique is how I relay the information, the words I use, the references I draw. One can write the same article in many different ways, using different words, arranging the paragraphs differently.
You see where I'm going?
This Time With Feeling
Take an article you wrote about something real. Whether historical, technical, social. Whether you are dealing with the situation in Egypt, Abraham Lincoln, anthropological methodology, the diseases carried by pigeons, the information you use can not be imaginary. It comes from somewhere, is available to those who seek it.
When you write an item and publish it, it is original because of your style, your point of view, your organisation of the information. And just as you did it the first time, you can do it again.
Firstly, change the Title. Secondly, take a different approach. If you have written about Anne Boelyn as the murdered wife of Henry VIII, deal with her life not her death. Add bits you left out of your first publication, remove bits from the current publication. Go line by line, changing word order and phrasing.
On site One you have published; "The Tragedy of Anne Boelyn", on site Two, "Anne Boelyn", on site Three, "The Third Wife of Henry VIII".
But it is all you....
Or is it?

Prose by any other Author
Do not use the same name on every writing site nor network. Join each site as a different name, email address, perhaps even a different persona.
This is to prevent attacks of 'self-spammer' when you Stumble, Digg, Reddit your own work. (I'll deal with Networking in another article).
Further, it is wise to create a disconnect between George Brown and GeoBro, to prevent being tracked from place to place by Comment Trolls.
Although the normal mind would dismiss the idea that someone who dislikes you on Reddit would track you to Webtoid so as to vote down your article there, it happens. Every day. For no particular reason Trolls may take a hatred for you. They WILL Google 'George Brown', they WILL go to every site he writes for, they WILLl attack everything he posts.
Remember, Trolls have no life. What replaces 'life' for them is sitting at a computer and attacking people they see as their 'superior'.
By using different names you can often limit Troll incursion to one Nick. Hence they will attack everything George Brown posts, ignore GeoBro.

Organise
Create your different users on different writing sites, and make separate directories on your computer for each persona. Write and publish original work in all of them. After a period of time, begin reworking the articles for republication. Over time, all the sites will have versions of the articles.
The most crucial issue is 'time'. You don't want to compete with yourself. Wait until the hits fall off, the item fades into the ether before republishing.
Network the article via your other nicknames so as not to 'self-spam', and pick up a few more pennies.
After a few years, go back to your earliest articles. You will find your writing has improved. You can then edit your work, join another few writing sites, and make another round of Networking.
